Instructions:

1. Complete this registration with the contact name of the vendor/church/volunteer
2. Use the Selection Types area to identify which you are:
   1. Vendor (Nonprofit, Business, Food)
   2. Church
   3. Volunteer (individual)
3. Answer type-specific questions
4. Cost: fees are associated with certain selection types.
